For TVS Next as a growing company, one third of our employees joined us during the pandemic and have been working from home since their time of joining. This helped us to arrive at the roadmap for People Practice with targeted areas to focus. I would equate the Trust Index© Pulse to an annual medical report which is needed for every person as a preventive measure to see what to stop, what to start and what to continue.
